The second kind of person we are looking for is someone who is either going through a change/transformation or milestone in life (big or small) and is open to new ideas, and/or who specifically wants to create more time for doing the things they enjoy with people they care about, and is interested to work in a team environment, with a view to earn an extra income residually/passively. 

This second kind of person will need to be open-minded, interested in learning new skills, enjoys the company of others and would like to feel more empowered and better about themselves. It also helps to have a dream or goal to fulfil, where the extra time and money will be helpful.
